ABSTRACT
The article offers the comments of Fred L. Borch, retired officer of the U.S. army, regarding an article by W.J. Astore, in the January 2008 issue of the journal. In his view the article highlights the importance of the Bronze Star Medal (BSM) that is awarded to army officers for their commendable service for the country.
