ABSTRACT
The article discusses reasons behind the decline of the Association of Arab-American University Graduates (AAUG). The organization's human and financial resources are discussed. Divisions within the membership, dependence on overseas sources of income, and lack of a common organizational purpose are also examined. The author discusses his role in attempting to revitalize the organization during his term as president during the 1980s.
