ABSTRACT
The article reports on the atmosphere of film festivals in Pesaro, Italy. Film festivals in Pesaro became smaller because of the gradual shrinking of the Venice Biennale. Its subsidies, source and allocations of funds are not enough compared to other festivals such as Sorrento gathering. However, Pesaro's film festivals are expected to blossom on 1977 according to Lino Miccichè's inaugural speech. The expectation is based on the allocation of the Mostra in Pesaro which contributes series of seminars and conferences to compliment the exhibition programs in the world of cinema.
