ABSTRACT
The article reports on the growth sales of HarperCollins Co. from its break-out titles of published books. The titles include "Deceptively Delicious," by Jessica Seinfeld, "The Dangerous Book for Boys," by Conn Iggulden and "The Daring Book for Girls," by Andrea J. Buchanan. The company has experimented with the online content model by placing the entire text with indifferent results. It tries to use the model again by allowing readers to view some new titles online prior to the sale date.
