ABSTRACT
The article reports on the ratings fast break from the first half of the 2007-2008 National Basketball Association (NBA) season, which was viewed to become more profitable in the U.S. The Turner Network Television (TNT) expects to improve on average for the first 35 games of its 52 game season. Turner Sports president David Levy, says the emergence of young star players and a return to prominence by popular teams will continue to drive ratings for TNT's live NBA coverage.
