The article reports on the decision of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) to relieve arbitrator Jerome Sussman from the case involving Time Warner Cable Inc. and Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) in the U.S. AAA notified both firms after careful consideration of their contentions against Sussman, who ruled that Time Warner discriminated against MASN. The organization asked both parties to mutually agree on a replacement arbitrator from the list it submitted to them.
