The article reports that the merger between Pfizer Inc. and Warner-Lambert Co. will create the fourth biggest advertising spender in the United States. Industry observers are predicting that Pfizer's media agency, Carat North America, is likely to emerge with most or all of the combined planning and buying account. The combined company's media buying and planning account will be worth $738 million.
