ABSTRACT
The article reports on the 2000 management meeting of the American Association of Advertising Agencies. The association will discuss the criticisms against the group for allegedly being slow to understand the impact of digital technologies on the advertising industry. Redefining the role of advertising agencies will also be one of the focus during the association's meeting.
