ABSTRACT
The article focuses on twin sisters Vanessa and Fiona DiStefano who participated in Discovery Health's National Body Challenge. The participants attempted to break old eating habits and make new, healthy lifestyle changes. With the assistance of the Body Challenge team of health and fitness experts, the twins lost big and gained a healthier perspective on life. Throughout the Challenge, the sisters dropped dress sizes and gained renewed self-esteem.
