Details findings of a study from Innovative Quality Solutions Inc., an automotive consulting firm, which showed that manufacturers are improving vehicle quality and increasing warranty coverage in response to consumer demand. Possible extinction of the three-year, bumper-to-bumper warranty; Manufacturers' offering of perks such as free roadside assistance and routine maintenance.
