The article reports on the creation of Carat Multicultural as a division of the advertising agency Carat North America that will focus on Hispanic, African-American and Asian audiences. The location of the created division as well as its officials are revealed. Information is presented on Elsa Antonia Saldana who will head the division as senior vice president and director of multicultural services. The article also covers the optimism of Saldana on the future of the ethnic market. A forecast on the growth of the minority populations across the U.S. is presented.
