The article reports that Euro RSCG Tatham is launching a digital division called Interaction. Euro RSCG Tatham wants to bring the Internet to offline companies and brand management to clients. Tatham president and chief executive officer Gary Epstein has said that Tatham wants to buy companies to pair with Interaction. Epstein is considering a company that does back end web site development.
