ABSTRACT
The article reports that House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) has criticized carbon offsets purchases in the U.S. The statement of Boehner was a response to a statement given by Dan Beard, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the House. Meanwhile. Beard will welcome an investigation into those purchases as part of an examination of the broader carbon offset marketplace.
