Universal drivers for engagement

The article reports on the results of research on employee engagement which was conducted by research consultants at Kenexa. Researchers found that across the globe, even though there may be cultural differences in employees, and despite the fact that employee engagement may change from year to year, the key factors that keep employees engaged remain consistent. A discussion of the top ten factors which were seen by employees as being employee motivators, including being appreciated, is presented.
