ABSTRACT
The article reports on the consolidation of the distribution center and improvement of the operations of the furniture company Tennessee Enterprises Inc. in Chattanooga. The company moved into a single larger complex in the summer which has improved its performance and slightly increased its sales. The larger facility made it possible to service all dealers in one central location.
