ABSTRACT
The article reports on the merger between Parente Randolph (PR) and Boyle, Brogan, Shusman & Nicastro PC (BBSN) in New Jersey. The merger which was effective on Janaury 1, 2008 will bring PR two major attributes which includes BBSN partners and talented group. Furthermore , the unification was the first step of PR's 2008 plans in New Jersey which doubled its office space.
