ABSTRACT
The article reports on the construction of the new Metreon Las Vegas retail complex by Breslin Builders at the northeast of Flamingo Road and the 215 Beltway in Nevada. It notes that the Kennedy Commercial development features 110,000-sq.-ft. of shops and restaurants with two five-story mid-rise towers containing live-work and residential units. It cites that the first phase of the construction is scheduled to finish by the middle of 2008.
