Agfa troubles continue with sell-off rumours

According to a front-page article published in the Belgian daily "De Tijd" in December 2007, the company had abandoned plans to demerge and was actively looking for investors to take over parts of the business. Chief executive officer Jo Cornu emphasized that he had not approached anyone regarding a sale. It adds that stock price of the firm declined to approximately £4.74.
