ABSTRACT
The article discusses a case of embolic spread of tuberculomas in the brain in multidrug resistant tubercular meningitis. This paper presents a neurological picture of a case of a 46-year-old man with multidrug resistant tubercular meningitis. Some pictures are presented describing the development of the disease.
