The article comments on the Internet advertising of U.S.-based eCost.com Inc. created in-house by Mediaplex Inc. The banner is plain. The author thinks it is even dull. It says that you can buy a Palm personal organizer online at eCost.com and what today's price is. This particular banner, creatively, is not the most exciting thing, but it shows promise.
