Reports that Turner Broadcasting System Inc.'s World Championship Wrestling unit is revamping its pay-per-view (PPV) business with new personnel and a new marketing strategy in the United States. Appointment of Aaron Blitzstein as WCW vice president of marketing; PPV buy-rates and weekly ratings for the programs of WCW in 1999; Plans to launch its direct-marketing campaign to promote its events.
