Marines Invade the CIA

The article reports that the Continuing Education program at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York, played host to 11 U.S. Marines Corp foodservice workers determined to earn the CIA ProChef Level One certification. The Marines arrived at the CIA on January 7, 2008 for five weeks of immersion courses that they hope will gain them the valuable certificates.
