ABSTRACT
The article reports on the dismissal of civil antitrust allegations charged against several insurance brokers and companies that include Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. by the U.S. District Court for New Jersey. The court ruled that the plaintiffs failed to prove that the dealings between the defendants represented more than normal business interactions. The author states that the ruling was a significant victory for Marsh and the other defendants.
