Cutting costs, keeping quality

The article looks at the industrial cost cutting efforts of Royal Truck & Trailer in response to rising prices in the U.S. Truck trailer dealer president Carl Bumgardner mentions that he has not laid anyone off and has not cut back on work hours. The dealer makes oxy-gas consumption as part of its cost cutting effort. Bumgardner notes that being an ISO 9000-certified firm has made Royal Truck and Trailer a more efficient company.
