ABSTRACT
The article provides various information related to communication firms. The 2008 is a tumultuous financial period for wireless telecom stocks with the exemption of Sprint Nextel, but infrastructures and handset vendors are all over the board. The American Telephone and Telegraph reported its quarterly increase in subscribers, up 2.7 million in the fourth quarter. The world's largest mobile infrastructure manufacturer Ericson, reported a decline in fourth quarter profit of 42% to $886.7 million.
