The article presents the public opinion from African American men over what hairstyle fits African American women. Torrino H., a music executive, notes that he prefers women with hair similar to the short hairstyle of singer Toni Braxton or the long one of singer Beyoncé. Baraka S., a hedge fund account manager, stresses that bangs are for little girls. Marcus V., a digital programmer, states that curls make a woman stand out.
