ABSTRACT
This article reports on a photovoltaic group established by the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International to help reduce production costs and speed commercialization of photovoltaic (PV) technologies. The group was conceived by leaders in photovoltaic manufacturing to address the opportunities and obstacles to bring low-cost PV technology.
