ABSTRACT
The article discusses the initiative of National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) to give benefits to several schools. NCTA is collaborating with KaBOOM, Cox Business Services New Orleans, DIY Network, and Cable Hope Fund. The initiative termed as "CableCares" includes building a new playground at the Fannie C. Williams Elementary School in New Orleans, wiring and equipment to Banneker Elementary School and school grounds enhancement for sarah T. Reed High School.
