The article reports that Former Patriot Media President Jim Holanda, with Spectrum Equity won the bidding for Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst's subscriber-cable system in Puerto Rico. In 2004, Hicks Muse bought the system from Centennial Communications. Waller Capital marketed the system and Holanda and Spectrum signed a deal to buy the system for 200 million dollars.
