Reports on the differing response of sectors of the automobile industry to a bill pending in the United States Congress which will ban mandatory binding arbitration clauses in franchise agreements. Opposition of the US Chamber of Commerce to the bill which was supported by its car dealer members; National Automobile Dealers Association's call for its members to complain to the chamber.
