Villa & Hut opens first store in U.S

The article reports on the opening of the first U.S. store of Australian-based Villa & Hut company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was a former factory converted into a warehouse outlet by couple Jon and Tanya Spivak. They designed it with a Zen-inspired atmosphere enhanced by stone Buddhas, antique Java doors and mahogany and rattan goods. Moreover, the store features products from recycled timber crafted by people in Indonesia.
