ABSTRACT
The article reports Jon Hart, a Comcast Corp. subscriber in San Francisco, California, has filed a lawsuit on November 13, 2007 claiming the operator intentionally and severely impedes peer-to-peer file-sharing applications. Seeking class-action status, the suit alleges that while Comcast advertises access to al the Internet has to offer and downloads at fast speeds, the company retards file-sharing programs.
