ABSTRACT
The article reports that computer maker Dave Networks has rolled out in November 2007 a 50-channel Internet video-on-demand service, called Next.TV, in an exclusive distribution agreement with Hewlett-Packard Co. Dave Networks is providing Next.TV as an update to Pavilion consumer notebooks running Windows Vista. Beginning December 2007, all HP Pavilion notebook systems shipped in the U.S. will be preloaded with Next.TV. INSET: SA Takes Switch To Motorola Boxes.
