ABSTRACT
The article reports that AT&T's Internet Protocol television operation U-verse TV will expand to 30 million customer locations by 2010, according to AT&T's chief executive Randall Stephenson. Stephenson also said that AT&T would stop selling DirecTV service in the first quarter of 2008 because it will be offering EchoStar's Dish Network throughout 2008.
