ABSTRACT
The article profiles Gerald Shapiro, executive creative director of Washington-based direct marketing firm RTCdirect. Shapiro finished Bachelor of Arts in 1972 at Queens College of City University of New York. In the past 20 years, he has worked for nine advertising agencies. He is now working with existing clients of RTCDirect and building new business in pharmaceuticals and the Internet.
