S.F. agency wants out of ad marriage

Winkler Advertising in negotiating to buy back equity stake it sold to a unit of Grey Advertising Inc. nearly three years ago. Zuckerman Fernandes and Partners has decided to call off its tie-up with Marc USA Inc.
