Reports that Chicago, Illinois Skyway investors are not bothered by a citizen's lawsuit to force Chicago to defease some Skyway toll-backed municipal bonds it used to pay for non-bridge capital projects. Charges of illegal use of Skyway revenue bond proceeds for non-Skyway projects; Plaintiffs' pursuit of a refund of toll money and refund of the 1996 bonds.
