ABSTRACT
The author discusses the proposed economic stimulus package which has been discussed by the White House and both political parties in the U.S. The author noted that the economic stimulus is an ideal opportunity for testing the proposed new era of political cooperation of the Democratic candidates. According to the author, political, business, and labor groups have been talking about the need to pass economic stimulus legislation as a way to lessen impact of economic downturn.
