ABSTRACT
The article profiles TeleFlip. The company targets people who would like to read email on their mobile phones, but find smart phones too expensive and difficult to use. By signing up on the company's web site, emails from any account can be delivered to any cell phone as text messages. A variety of ways to get email on the phone already exist, and big players including phone maker Nokia and online giants Google and Yahoo are offering their own email-to-phone services. The company was founded in 2004 by key investors GRP Partners.
