ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move by Blemain Group to limit its maximum secured loan size to £50,000 in Great Britain. However, the group says it will not restrict loan to values (LTVs) or criteria further on its Blemain Finance, Cheshire Mortgage Corp. or Lancashire Mortgage Corp. products. Blemain Group says they are monitoring the capital and property markets closely and will continue to strictly supervise their liquidity situation.
