ABSTRACT
The article reports that brokers are being recommended to consider the commercial real estate market as an alternative source of income in Great Britain. It states that several commercial property funds have restricted investors' access to their money in an effort to prevent a mass exodus in the face of recession fears. It notes that investors in Scottish Equitable's Selective Reserve, Select Distribution and Scottish Equitable Property funds could face a 12-month wait to access their cash.
