Personal search providers slammed for omissions

The article reports on the criticism encountered by personal search providers for omitting crucial information in property searches for home information packs (HIPs) in Great Britain. According to Peter Ambrose, director of Partnership, personal search unveiled a restricted covenant which restricts access to or development of a property. Due to demand for low price HIPs, many buyers and estate agents are using personal search companies to minimize costs.
