ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Section 108 Study Group which has been assembled to consider whether section 108 of the Copyright Act in the U.S. should be amended to reflect changes that the digital technology revolution has brought to libraries and archives. The concerns of libraries, publishers and producers regarding the section are highlighted. It criticizes the present section and the problems for digital copies.
