The author relates his addiction for chocolate and any recipes involving chocolate. He relates that he inherited his addiction from his father who was a serious chocoholic. Even in later years after his doctor limited his sweets, his father would sneak in a chocolate fix. For months following his father's death they kept on finding little stashes of chocolate hidden around the house. He reveals that he maintains his gym membership so he can justify his own chocolate indulgence.
