ABSTRACT
The article offers understanding about the appropriate dosing of enoxaparin for patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome. It is explained that the appropriate dosing of low-molecular-weight heparins such as enoxaparin is important for it is associated with renal excretion. The manufacturers of enoxaparin has been advised to reduce the dosage by one half in patients with creatine clearance less than 30 milliliters per minute.
