ABSTRACT
The article presents the perspectives of various executives related to issues on budgets, compliance and customer service in the security management industry in the U.S. Bryan Koontz noted that security budgets are getting tighter particularly in healthcare. Dave Morrow considered compliance as the top priority of every security officer in information technology. Mark Brunstetter regarded customers as part of his employees and that customer service was weighed heavily within his objectives.
