Taking a closer look at work-life benefits

The article offers a look at work-life benefits in the U.S., which are more common in full-time, managerial jobs. According to a new research, employees are more likely to have work-life benefits, such as child care assistance, adoption assistance, long-term care insurance, and flextime if they work in full-time jobs. Several graphs are also presented which show percentage of workers with access to selected quality of life benefits.
