ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the three levels of change in the performance pyramid. Strategy accounts for 10% of change failures and the things to consider include the reality of assumptions about what the organization can and cannot do and the market trends. Operations include the input, process and output and accounts for 30% of change failures. The inability to enjoin people and their commitment contributes to 70% of change failures and may be due to the inefficiency of the human resource management (HRM) system or leadership.
