ABSTRACT
The article reports on the improved performance and revenue of the specialty chemicals group LANXESS for the third quarter of 2007. The report reflects the eleventh straight quarter of improved performance for the firm. Earning before interest taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) pre exceptionals show a rise of 6.7% in the third quarter to 175 million euro. The EBITDA margin pre exceptionals was 10.3% euro. The operating result also rose 22.4% to 104 million euro.
