ABSTRACT
The article outlines a training program offered by the Process Plant & Machinery Association of India (PPMAI) on the use of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The program is being offered by the PPMAI to address the need for training suppliers and engineers needed for the growing global oil and gas sector. Course director B. J. Shenoy teaches the two-day course that would train designers in the use of ASME Boilers and Pressure Vessels code.
